Life Aid operates a community medical equipment and supplies closet and helps people navigate care through an extensive network of assisted living, home health, and community service providers. We support older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and medically vulnerable residents with equipment access, care placement assistance, applications, care coordination, and referrals based on individual needs and available resources.
